what our patients say…
Folkestone & Faversham Osteopathy - Testimonial Logo Image

After persevering with a lower back complaint for well over a year, I found Faversham Osteopathy online and attended a consultation recently. Three sessions later, I have no pain whatsoever and found the experience extremely beneficial. Could not speak more highly of the calm, methodical approach and would definitely recommend to anyone suffering any kind of complaint.

I first went to Tamsyn last year with pain around my hip area, which at times caused me to limp. I run regularly, play tennis and am generally very active, so decided to get it checked. Tamsyn sorted out the issue with a combination of massage and exercises to strengthen various muscles. I now see her approximately every couple of months for a “runner’s MOT” and have had no further problems. In short, she’s great! Highly recommended.

Wow! After suffering from shoulder and neck pain for over a year, I was a little sceptical about how much improvement could be achieved through osteopathy, but I am amazed! Through the manipulation, massage and exercises that Tamsyn has given me, I am now pain-free. She is a lovely person and an excellent practitioner. Wholeheartedly recommended.

What Is Cranial Osteopathy (& Does It Work?)

It’s gentle, non-invasive, and often used with babies – but cranial osteopathy is powerful for adults too. By working with the nervous system, it helps release deeply held tension and supports the body’s natural rhythm of healing.

Why Osteopathy Isn’t Just for Back Pain

Most people think of osteopathy for lower back pain – and yes, we treat that daily – but it can also support everything from tension headaches and jaw pain to digestive discomfort and postural imbalances. Osteopathy looks at how your whole body works together, not just isolated symptoms.

5 Signs Your Body’s Asking for Help

Aches that come and go. Stiffness first thing in the morning. Headaches after a long day at your desk. These niggles are your body’s way of waving a red flag. Don’t ignore them – early support can make all the difference.
